Poor service

To whom it may concern

I'm hereby complaining as a Mr price customer I am totally not happy about what happened last week Monday on the 11th of May Mr price Dobsonville staff member was fighting with she was slapping me the way she want because she wanted me to do her job of packing the morning slippers nicely of which I was still busy choosing the slippers I want she gave me a bad attitude telling me I was pack those slippers well or else she will show me nonsense that lady she was even poking me with a dusty broomstick on my face and I have a sinusitis problem so she then started beating me up in front of other customers inside the shop so when I reported her to the manage they didn't do anything about it they just said I must leave my contacts they will call me back of which they never even called to tell me if they have a progress on this or not ,what broke my heart is that she was even undressing me in front of the public, my phone is damaged I cant do my assignments anymore and she injured me on my face again...so they making me a fool now telling me they will not fire her because they are scared of CCMA now my body is aching because she pushed me on the glass window during our fight so to me when I saw her today at her work made me to now ask questions about how Mr price is operating when their staff members are fighting with their customers I was surprised too because now I feel like they do not value their customers she is now a cashier they didn't even suspend or took her to disciplinary hearing I am not happy can I get a response Mr Price head office or else I will still take it further more that lady disrespected me a lot....my contacts are *** my name is Keamohetse Seleso my email is ***
