Poor Service

So I have an account with Mr Price and today I was Mr Price at Junction mall in Turfontein. I was refused to purchase on account because I did not have my ID book... What kind of nonsense is that? I mean who carries their ID with them? I told the guy to ask some verification questions and he refused. Tjo I had to leave whatever I wanted to buy there... Very dissapointed
