Poor security.

Mr price security access is very poor. Someone made 5 purchases with my husband's Mr price clothing account in April. All those purchases were made in the same day at 5 different branches around Ranburg. He never made any purchases in Joburg not all his purchases are made in pretoria which is where we are based. I don't understand how someone could make purchases with someone's account and not in all those purchases they could have traced that there's something fishy about the person using the account. He phoned the Mr price helpline, he was told to make a declaration at a police station that he didn't make all those transactions, certified copy of his ID and a certified copy of the back of his Mr price clothing card and send them. He did all that. He is still waiting for any progress on the matter. Whenever he calls the customer care line he is being send from pillar to post, no one can tell him how the progress going if any. Not even some sort of communications to let him know how far the investigations are.
