Poor quality tekkies

I bought pair of tekkies in January From Mr price Sports, my son has PT every Tuesday of the week so to date he has only worn those tekkies 10-15 times they are in tatters cracks all over heel support sunken glue coming apart wrote to email to customer care and explain my problem with pictures and that don't have a slip. When the tekkies fit him I threw the slip away not anticipating the poor quality.I have been buying PT shoes from Mr Price Sports every year. So because I don't have slip I can be helped 😞 it's after all thier brand/product they should stand behind it. Well they lost a customer in me I suggest you go to Woolworths that's where I be purchasing school tekkies from now on.
