Poor quality service at Mr Price Fesitval Mall

<p>Thursday, 3 November 2016 at 12h30pm, I went to Mr Price at Festival Mall to exchange a dress I had purchased the previous week.</p> <p>For returns and exchanges, we need to present our slip and goods being returned. However, when I greeted the security guard, she flat out ignored me, did not look at me or acknowledge my presence.</p> <p>I was then told my the 'manager' on duty that I was being dishonest by not presenting to the security guard. When I explained that she ignored me, I got no apology or better assistance from the tellers and manager.</p> <p>I will make sure that none of my family or friends shop at Mr Price Festival, due to the rudness and unprofessionalism of its staff.</p>
