Poor Quality & poor service

I bought some items of clothing as well as a pair of Embellished Lace Pumps online on the 8th Feb 2016. I received my parcel with no hassles. However, I phoned head office 3 days after receiving my parcel notifying them that i was not at all happy with the quality of the pumps as I wore them twice and they were already falling apart. The seam at the back started fraying and the mesh was poking my skin. The inside sole was also starting to break. The gentleman i spoke to said that they would send me a new pair of pumps. Its now over a month later and I am still waiting! I have had no feedback from you guys. Please go back and listen to the recorded phone calls. I spoke to Reagan Naicker with Ref Number: 525841<br> I would either like a new pair of shoes delivered to me, or a refund as this lack of service is unacceptable.<br> I don't expect to pay R100 for a pair of shoes just to be worn twice and then start breaking.... absolutely ridiculous!
