Poor Quality of clothes

Recently bought a nice skirt from this shop. I wore it just yesterday (11/09/2019) and whilst walking from my car towards the building, 3 of the buttons just fell off. And No... it's not a tight skirt so i was shocked beyond words and actually had to run back to my car for pins to fasten the skirt. The shleb is if i take it back they'll 10/1 not have the size anymore so i'm keeping it and will fasten the buttons myself. Reason for my writing. It's not the first time i had problems with their quality of their goods.
