Poor quality item

Bought a black blazer at East gate Mr price on the 18th of November using debit card. Didn't keep a slip as I did not expect Terrible quality. I'm only wearing the blazer sometimes when i go to work ( only 6 times).

Washed it once. The blazer looks terrible as if is stretched with some molts. It is also unfolding at the bottom back. I'm not happy with the quality after I've spend R349.99

I wrote to Mr price on Twitter through messenger. They promised to contact me in 24 hour. It's day 4 and they are still quiet. I've reached them and still promised to be called.. I want to return this bad quality item, get my money back and will never buy from Mr price or let any of my family and friends buy there.
