POOR QUALITY CLOTHING, DAMAGED.

It took me a while to complain about this due to being overly busy. I bought a belt & pants from Mr Price Eastgate in October. I was happy with my purchase because they were both nice & trendy. I only wore them a month letter at a festival in Soweto. I went to the loo & the zipper couldn't go up it was damaged then later my friend told me my belt was torn at the back. I was in a public place, totally packed so my overall mood changed & my confidence went down I felt so uncomfortable. It's not the 1st time I've had such an expirience with Mr Price clothes, the tips to their heels wear off quickly & I also had pants with a torn zip once before. I paid for these but it felt like I had bough 2nd hand items from the streets the way I was disappointed walking around in a crowd with a faulty zip and a torn belt. Please could someone sort this one out. I'd like a refund.
