Poor quality clothing and shoes

what a poor quality this shop sells lately. I bought a pair of shoes which I had returned 3 times. they look nice and are attractive but are so poorly manufactured. they snap easily and look worn out with every wear. what! does this shop not have quality assurers? we are aware that this shop sells low maintenance goods but come on! a pair of shoes which costs R200 can't be this poor. and the cotton on your merchandise flies on the edges of garments. what's up? Mr Price group is capable of providing good quality goods. Mr Price Home sells highest quality goods on the league of their own. why is Mr Price clothing undermining the level of customers who buy their merchandise from this clothing division. I literally got tired of returning the shoes because there's nothing to be done really. The shoes were manufactured poorly. They look nice but you can't enjoy wearing them because as you walk the texture on the top of the foot is teaing. I'm not a regular customer of MRP Clothing division but from time to time I pop in for summer dresses and your nice morning shoes. I saw this block heel and fell in love with its look. but eish, now i regret buying it. please don't undermine the level of affording of customers and bring in whatever poor garment or goods to the shop. treat all divisions the same. have the same quality assurers for your clothing as the ones at MRP Sport and Home.
