Poor quality and rude staff

<p>i bought a few items and had to return two shirts due to there being holes in them. At the counter the ladies was fighting and using terrible language, it was clear they were not happy with the manager. They made a scene and struggled to help me and the other customers. One of the items after one wash, got a bad tear and they refuse to take it back. I wont be able to wear it again. The staff overall are very rude and gives the impression they do not want to be there. The managers should have more control of the staff! </p>
