Poor quality

We bought shoes on thee 26 of October 2023. Due to we couldn't return the shoes the same day we noticed that the quality was poor. My little sister went back today to ask what the procedure was because she didn't take the shoes with her and when she got there, she was told that she can't return because we stayed with the shoes for month.i purchased a boots at Foschini and when 3month the boots was damaged and I went and returned the boots and they kindly helped me because the material/quality was poor. Mr Price is well known company but if this is how customers are treated with the poor quality of there clothing/shoes than I won't ever spend money at such stores. Every cent count.
