Poor quality

I bought a set of bras which l thought were value for money @The Reef Mall. I have just worn the bras twice and the straps look like ancient, long forgotten straps. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I wrote a complaint to customer service, no response except the auto generated response. They only care when you want to buy from them, sies.
