Poor Quality

To whom it may concern,

I bought a black pencil skirt from Mr. Price at Clearwater mall 2 weeks ago, after the first wash the skirt's material got fluff ***** on it, when trying to remove the fluff the material becomes worse. I won't be able to wear this skirt again, what a waste of money.

Mr. Price has always been my go to.. not anymore. I've never experienced poor quality like this at Mr. Price. This is sad.
