Poor quality

Hi, firstly I have purchased countless items from your store over the years but never purchased underwear. Last weekend I bought these lovely looking bras. I am wearing it today for the first time and I am not impressed. The plastic from inside the bra on the sides is out! It's poking me. I am astounded because it's a brand new bra.
