Poor quality

Good afternoon 2 weeks ago I boot a dress online and a pair of block heels on my account. I picked it up Saturday the 5th. Tries it on at home. Everything fitted nicely so I put it away. Wednesday it was prize-giving and being the coorinator I was infront of over 200 parents. That morning I had the shoes on for 30 minutes as I left the house the shoe felt loose. I looked down and the heel was tearing apart. I therefore had to change into casual flats as I had no back up. I spoke to mr price on Facebook. Their response has been poor and I am Shocked as mr price gets a lot of business from me. I am still waiting for the shoes to be fetch from the courier and for feedback from head office.
