Poor Quailty

I purchased amongst a few things a white blousr which I wanted to wear to a function the next day. Whilst ironing I noticed a black mark, which I then tried to wash. Without even rubbing hard, whilst washing the blouse tore.. How disappointing, I had to then wear an old blouse to the function. Why is clothes of such bad quality.
