Poor Professionalism

I went MRP in Kenilworth Centre over the weekend to collect an online order and was shocked at the lack of professionalism of the staff. The slang language used was horrific to listen to, as it was inappropriate for the workplace. The staff member that helped me, took my phone and scrolled through the email sent by MRP - despite me answering her questions regarding the order and collection. She then had to look through quite a few orders to find mine - I was patient throughout this process. While searching, one of her colleagues came to sit on her back as she was bending down - to the amu*****t of the rest of the staff. I eventually was given my order but will definitely not be returning to the newly renovated store in Kenilworth Centre.
