Poor poor poor customer service

I have lost all trust in Mr price online support. Or the courier services they use. Firstly an order was placed with the estimated delivery date of 22 December, however according to couriers it was to be delivered on the 21st. The courier then says they were unable to get hold of me, which is utter nonsense as I was home all day my gardener was working in the front yard until 4pm also I recieved no missed calls or voice-mail notifications which would suggest that someone tried to call me. Instead of Mr Price customer support getting hold of their courier people they give me some bull$h@#t story about them still being in their delivery time frame. Like really what a lot of bullocks deal with your couriers as my contract of sale is with u!!!
