Poor pathetic service

Here am I, a loyal account holder of Mr Price. I went to buy clothes at dobsonville . The security was so rude, telling me I cannot come with a trolley inside the shop, to my surprise I ask her why as Mr Price Jabulani does not have a problem, she tells me, this is not jabulani. I ask for the manager, I get told it's Mr Price rules. Your rules are pathetic and inconsistent. With staff so rude and full of attitude, you gonna lose business as I ended up going opposite to JetMart and buying the clothes there.
