Poor order delivery and costomer service

I made a purchase on Mr Price online after +-two weeks I recieve a order is out for delivery sms indicating that I will recieve the order before 5pm. This has not hapend. Day 3 after the message I have a chat with Phumelo from the whatsapp customer service which could not assist with getting te order taken to a branch as we are out of town and not available for delivery. Knowing that the mistake is on their side as I waited at my house for two days, she then says sory and closes the chat as resolved after not assisting at all. No after sales service.
