Poor online shopping experience

I made an online purchase on the 6th of October 2019, I selected the store pick up option. Previously I never experienced issues with Mr price, but this time I was unable to track my order or even get any assistance from the platforms provided. Im very dissapointed and to date I haven't received the order that I have paid for.
