Poor online shopping and poor customer service

I placed my order on the 14th of December and got a message that my order will be delivered on the 17th before 5pm and the order never arrived. Every single its the same message, when I track its out on delivery and then at the end of the day its back at destination branch. Their WhatsApp chat is just a waste of time they never assist, they are quick to close the chat. Called the call center got hold of them after 3 tries only for the call to be dropped on me. They have really disappointed me. If it was possible to give them a rating of zero I would. poor customer service.
