Poor online services

I placed and order with Mr price on 25/08/2019 I called there call centre just to find out what is happening n they say they must now resumbit my order how is that even possible I'm so upset n disappointed in this poor service n it might take up to 7 days for delivery I'm highly upset with Mr price poor service :(
