Poor online service and customer service at mr price

An online order that went wrong was supposed to be refunded on the 20th of July. The mr price team, specifically and employee by the name Meeander, could not inform me when my order's refund would be processed. Today, the 24th of July, I've tried to follow up with no response to whether or not my refund has been processed. There is no transparency as to when the refund will be processed, and no sense of responsibility in the matter. This is extremely disappointing service.
