Poor Online Service

Good day,

-I ordered me two Track pants Online with Mr. Price. -Paid R400 plus R50 Delivery (EFT) -This was on the 2nd February 2021 -Still waiting on my Track Pants (44 days-From 02 Feb to Date) -App Says Delivered (Nothing Delivered as yet to date: 18 March 2021) -Called Customer Care on Friday 12th March. Spoke to Consultant, he says will be Delivered Early Next Week (Like Mon/Tues 15/16 March). Its at Tygervally Western Cape -Spoke to WhatsApp Bot...Tuesday Past, No Success -I dont Think these People Know what they Doing? -This is the Worse Online Service Ever I experienced -Called Again today (18th March). gave my Order Number...Put me on Hold for 10Min and 57sec... -Very Unprofessional poor Service (I mean Who waits over 40days for a Simple Track Pants Delivery???)
