Poor online service
Good day kindly note that I have placed 2 orders on Saturday, one of these orders has already been shipped, the 2nd order ********** 14212, still has not been Shipped and I still did not receive an email neither was my account debited for this item. i have contacted the online chat and then can not assist as they dont have a line to call the warehouse. I need to know why is my order not shipped as yet? Is there a problem with the item i ordered?
I am sitting with this query since Tuesday, totally not acceptable. Kind Regards
