Poor online order service!

I placed an order on the 25th of February 2025 , i enquired about my order on ther social media account countless times! My order was processed only after i complained on Sunday 2 March 2025, an agent called me told me i will get my parcel yesterday which was 4 March 2025. Yet my order was only shipped yesterday. When i enquire about my order today which was the Due date for me to collect my order, they told me i will have to wait an additional 4 to 7 days! I had reasons for ordering online when i call to cancel they are saying they will have to return the order first for me to cancel it . Yooo I've never been so ****ed my entire shopping experience has been ruined. Even that refund i will have to wait for it. MR Price do better!
