Poor online order service and lying customer service agents

I placed online order on 16/11/2024 my payment was successful bt my order was cancelled(order no ***). I have been calling and sending emails for my refund as the items puchased are nolonger on stock. 5months later m still calling mr price for my money.M being sent back n forth. I have spend more than what needs to be refunded on phone calls mostly i spend 30min on the call waiting to be assisted. Customers service agents(Malaika) lies all the time being told they escalated the matter to the managaer (Cloudel) when i ask to speak to the manager shes always busy and given reference no each time i call. No feedback from Mr price has been provided. M the one who has been contacting Mr Price.
