Poor online order service!!!

I have placed an online order on 19/11/2020. Still no notification of where parcel is. Queue in Mr. Price Diamond Pavillion is to long, so I will not go and stand in that queue only to find out my parcel isn't there. Is there NO other way to collect online orders? App is also not updated, just says shipped. Mr. Price, very poor service!!!!!
