Poor Online at MRP

Face to face customer service will always rule over online, on the 27th of September I placed a decent size order with payment confirmation via SID, to my demise the items was not processed, after literally 8 emails sent with no response I get a voucher to spend on store, today the 9 of October I arrive at the store to get a refund and guess what, they don't want to refund me, after back and forth the store manager Leta who is at a conference call the most amazing assistant manager Shepard who hit the bullet and went beyond the call of duty to assist, I challenge anyone to stay away from online particularly MRPRICE, rather shop in store because NRP Wil TAKEALOT out of you
