Poor Manager skills

I came to exchange clothes on the 4th of April around 6 pm at the Mall of Africa Mr Price. A kind lady, Tinda, assisted me at the til however the manager as per my slip, Mavhungu, spoke to her so rudely and you don’t do that in front of customers. She spoke to her like a child or someone who is ***********, She needs to learn people skills and communication skills. Please shed the light for her, she is rude! Thank you to the lady who was assisting me who remained calm throughout the ordeal
