Poor management (STORE MANAGER)

Value is the heart of our business and we strive to add value in everything we do. It is more than just product, it is the way we service the business, each other and our customers. Value is about doing more than what is expected or required.

I wouldn't agree more to these because some of the branches this culture is dead, managers are being managers not leaders. Associate at some branches have lost their self-esteem, because of poor management if I may say. I'm just an observer or witness to this.

To the point branch BT Ngebs 909 in Umtata culture is dead the is no leader. Manager is applying wrong policy/rules to abuse staff, a serious look to this is required. This is believed to be a premium store but if it continues to operate this way it will be ordinary store.
