poor info,lame excuse,make customer worthless

app**** for an account online and it was declined within minutes. Reason was Scoring Criteria Not Met. How is this possible? They didn't even explain what it meant so I look into it myself. I found out my score was FAIR, based on the accounts you have, debt, ect. Understandable since I recently open a Identity account, c<br> ause I was a cash man. I have a link account with my mother at mr price, so I thought it would be easy to get cause they would pick my name or id no up on their system, cause when I do instalments with my card I can see my name.After complaining, a mr malcolm govender said I must send a copy of my id and latest pay slip. But still I was declined with the same automatically response, did not even get that personal appreciation client feeling like \ thank for sending us the documention but after carefully consideration it was not up to standard
