I went to Mr price festival mall in Kempton park to release my laybuy on the 12th of august 2026 using netbank card and the machine went off when im swiping,but the money left my account then they said it will bounce within 24 hours back then i paid using capitec,it was fine. Then the money never bounced (R450)back until today.i went to Mr price several time trying to enquire but I was given different people who couldn’t help me.i used my money 6 times to go to Kempton park from tembisa trying to get feedback because they promise to call but they don’t.The manager Zanele told me the way she can’t help me I can take this issue further.I was even advised to post this matter on TikTok so that they take me serious.They say they didn’t receive my money whereas my money disappeared immediately when I insert my card on their machine
