Poor Feedback from MRP Online
MRP Online Service is very delayed. I am a regular MRP online customer and make use of the app frequently. In October I have purchased a item of R104.99 and the amount was deducted from my bank account but did not receive any order number from the App. I did report the incident twice already and still waiting for feedback. The people who assisted me send they will refer my incident to the financial office and I will receive and email.Due to this experience I m afraid to purchase items on the MRP app. MRP could have atleast send me an email which states that they have reported my issue.
