Poor customers service

I was at Mr price Vaal mall on 03/01/19 waiting at the queue fine I was not in the hurry but the cashier's were really annoying the other 2 cashier's were playing on the system says they checking telephone numbers other 3 they were chatting while the assisting the customers talking the about their private life we don't want to listen or know it's really disgusting making noise even the customers on the queue there were talking about them their customers service it's really annoying the fact that they were making noise at shop while assisting the customers I was really annoying by Thandi (thzum) and her colleagues. I'm a supervisor working at the retail store but I would never tolerate what I have experienced today at Mr Price Vaal mall.Mr price management must train their staff customers service and manners.
