Poor Customer Services

Hi I'm at your store in Hemmingways, I came in at 17:50 and they closed the roller door, I've asked the guy at the door if you close at 17:50 or 18:00 and he didn't respond to me, we were rushed to finish doing shopping, even at the fitting rooms we were rushed, we were told to make quick because the tills are closing at 18:00, what kind of services is that, how can you treat your customers that way, I've never had this kind of customer services
