Poor customer service team

Send them an email last year already in regards to my account with them. Asked them to phone me regarding my account, still no phone calls whatsoever as I speak. Paid my account by dialing the ussd code they offer as one of the payment options. They never deducted the money after 48 hours as it stipulates in the ussd code prompts. Made another payment after that and still no moneys were deducted after 2 days as the prompts said it would. At that stage it was already past the 1st of that month, only to receive a sms from them stating that I should pay my account on time to avoid it coming into arrears!!!! I ask you!!!?? Plus they send me another message stating that I must pay R+-200.00 extra to avoid hand overs!!!! Really??? I have done my part as a client, by making several attempts to pay, but they didn't bother to phone me at any stage to sort out the error on THEIR SIDE!!!! If only they deducted the money when they should, then there wouldn't have been any issues!!! Very bad and disappointing service. Non recommendable to family or friends!!!!
