Poor customer service - of course

2 weeks ago I placed an online order - chose to pick up at store, my items should have been available for collection 5-7 days later. Tried contacting them to no avail - I even sent a DM which was ignored- of course. Yesterday I finally get a mail to say my goodies are ready. Why can Mr Price never stick to their delivery/collection times. Ever heard of under promise and over deliver. How can an item be 1 week late and they can’t even contact the customer. Why is this the norm with Mr Price!!! It’s not like it’s for free - although you collecting you still have to pay a fee. When will Mr price join the world of good customer service.
