Poor Customer Service - late delivery (As usual)
Ordered quite a few items last week Saturday, paid for 2-3 days delivery. Tomorrow it will be a week and ive yet to receive my order. WHy does Mr Price thin its ok to always give this type of service. Yesterday i started an online chat - asked her to follow up on my order and all she could say was hi (that's it). I prefer to shop online as the service in store is worst - but to be disappointed like this all the time is just sad and disrespectful.
