Poor customer service from the manager

I really like Mr price as a store and also their clothes but I'm very disappointed in Mr price mooi river management, been there for a couple of times and I have been given great service by the staff beside that slender girl which I think is a manager I'm not sure but she's in the management( I don't know if I heard correctly through the speaker but the name is Nombulelo not sure about the spelling coz she doesn't wear the name tag). I was given attitude, disrespect and poor customer service by the same person I don't know if I'm the problem or this is the correct way to treat customers. Just moved to this location for like 6 months or so but I've made a decision to never shop at your store in mooi river I'd rather fill my petrol tank and go shop at Estcourt or Howick even though there is a nearest Mr price store next to me, will never suggest any1 to use that store unless they don't mind being treated as nothings
