Poor customer service from mr price

I placed an online order with Mr price via the app , I was short supp**** of one item which was a jogger . I sent an email to customer care and spoke to Zamaswazi Khanyile two weeks ago and still didn't receive any feedback . I had to resend another email and according the customer care people this query was resolved but it hasn't been resolved. This is really sad and poor customer service that we receive from mr price.
