Poor Customer Service Experience

Dear Customer Service Management

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Mr Price Vaal Mall on 2023/12/04, during my lunch break. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the service of your store but my recent experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. During my visit, I attempted to exchange an item for a different size. While I understand that stores can be busy during lunch time hours, I was disappointed by the unprofessional attitude exhibited by the cashier who assisted me which Lelethu or Gugulethu. I couldn’t get her name cause I was already angry and annoyed by her. When I explained my need for a size exchange, the cashier responded dismissively and with an unnecessary curt tone. Their demeanor made me feel unwelcome and as though my request was an inconvenience.

I want to emphasise that my exchange request comp**** with your store’s policy and I approached the situation respectfully. Despite this, the cashier’s behaviour added unnecessary stress to what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately, this interaction took longer than expected and left me with little time. I believe customer service is a cornerstone of any retail operation, and my experience fell far short of the standard I associate with your brand. I kindly request that you address this matter by : 1. Providing additional training to your staff on handling customer inquiries and exchanges with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Reviewing the specific incident with the cashier involved to ensure that similar situation are avoided in the future.

I would appreciate a prompt response to my complaint and information on how the situation will be addressed.
