Poor customer service
I ordered 2 items from Mr Price online, they delivered 1 item and can't give me an answer about the second item, your call center is useless and your customer service on whatsapp is even worse, you don't take pride in helping your customers. As a service provider you should provide proper service to your customers. If my issue is not resolved, I promise you I will take this further.
