Poor customer service

Poor customer service from the supervisor by the name Ziyanda. The cashier called for overwrite more than 4 time and so long the line is getting long and when she arrives at the she did not even greet us or apologize to us as the customers she then walked away not saying anything to us or to call another cashier to come assist the line we then stand there not knowing what is happening. After sum time hearing us complaining she then call other cashiers. As for a supervisor what example are you setting to your juniors. Supervisors must lead by example.
