Poor customer service

I was searching for yellow shoe's and a friend informed me that she saw these shoes at Mr Price East Rand mall. So today I went Nigel Mr Price and looked for the same shoes, there was in fact a white pair of the same design. I went to enquire from 1 of the staff if they had it in yellow and was told to go to the cashier and find out. So that's what I did. I was just brushed off and told NO. I asked if you can get me the pair of shoes from 1 of your other stores and I received and arrogant answer, No.... As far as I know the needs of the customer is always a priority. It seems to me that Mr Price in Nigel doesn't want to make money. As a valued Mr Price customer who visits multiple Branches I am very disappointed in the customer etiquette from this specific branch. This experience will affect my perception of all other branches.
