Poor customer service
I love Mr Price usually : they are affordable, always have a big selection and their home section is any ones dream. HOWEVER, I have tried for two weeks to resolve a SIMPLE problem with them, to no avail. I am highly disappointed in this brand and am definitely considering closing my account. Biggest mistake getting one with this company. I suggest not opening an account here, especially during tough times.
