Poor customer service delivery

Mr. Price's customer service is pathetic. I had cancelled an online order and was advised that the refund would take 5-7 working days to reflect into my bank account, this was processed on the 29th November and to this date, I still haven't received my refund. When calling the call center for assistance, you are left to hold for almost 2 hours and when an agent gets on the line, they pretend as though they cannot hear you and thereafter the call is dropped.
