Poor customer service

I have been trying to close my account with Mr Price without success. The call centre consultants are very rude. Their tone and register towards their customers/clients is really not acceptable. Even the staff that work in the shops are complaining about them.

To this day I haven't managed to close the account because either they hang up on me, put me on hold for over 45 minutes some days the phone call was never answered.
